Tribhuvan University celebrated Golden Jubilee of Natural Science Museum establishment history

Tribhuvan University Institute of Science and Technology commenced a celebration program for the 50th Golden Jubilee occasion of the Natural Science Museum. Gracing this occasion Vice Chancellor of TU. Professor Dr. Kesharjung Baral spoke to address the glory of the Museum. He also suggested making this Museum a research center for national and international tourists. He also pointed out reaching out to the government for Management and looking after the Museum's property and its continued development further . Strategic plans and policies should be further formulated for its sustenance was pointed out in this historic moment. Other speakers were Prof Dr Ajay Bhattarai, and Dr Ganesh Bahadur Thapa, who stressed on significance of more promotion and highlights of the Museum's historic moments. This museum is situated on a land spread of 21 Ropanies of land and the property is in the name of the Nepal Government. Ministers and Department officials of concerned Government Offices were also there to congratulate this landmark event. The Associate professor of Musem also presented a paper work on the Convention of International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild lives and Flora and Fauna to the chief guest.
